1) Viceroy Residences at Ombria Resort

– 65 one- and two-bedroom apartments
– Total areas between 95 m2 and 350 m2
– Fully furnished and equipped according to Viceroy’s 5-star standards
– Owners can use their property for up to 10 weeks per year while having access to all the hotel facilities
– For the rest of the year, the apartments are rented to hotel guests, in a rental pool system
– Owners receive a net guaranteed annual minimum rental return of 5% for 5 years
– Option of a private pool or jacuzzi

2) Alcedo Villas (bespoke villas built individually for each client)

– Twelve 3-, 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-bedroom detached luxury villas
– Total covered areas of 420 to 630 m2, set in individual plots of between 1,700 – 3,000 m2
– Each plot will include a turn-key villa, garage for 3 cars, its own landscaped garden and private swimming pool
